But here is where the problem kicks in with the “WARM MARKET” List…

Launching the same business more than once to your same family and friends clearly has a selfish agenda. PLUS it flats out makes no sense. That’s what killed the home meeting strategy for many people.

Imagine someone inviting you over to their home to grab some free snacks. The next thing you know, you met some people in suit and business outfits. That automatically changes the energy of the home party.

Also, the pressure on you is unnecessarily spiked.

In this day and age, you can’t BS people into something they didn’t bargain for. People are well informed on the need to start a business. Chances are they already got invited to a few home meetings too.

So your energy needs to stand out…

You don’t to need to put such pressure on yourself like 98% failing network marketing reps out here on this streets. It definitely doesn’t help when you put it on your prospects either.

I love home business launches, people just don’t appreciate the pressure to sell people on deals either at home or anywhere for that matter. Your leadership and marketing skill are needed after your first home meeting which should be the only one.

In reality, your job is to sell prospects on working with YOU to build empires together. Prospects need to get sold on your leadership skills at the deepest unconscious level.

That’s a whole lot more simpler than the 1982 hard selling tactics that many still sell. Most reps are consumed by the selfish need to build a a downline as opposed to learning the leadership skills that attracts quality people.

So as I mentioned earlier, you need to learn how to build a list of hyper-responsive prospects. There is a method to doing that and I want to break it down to these 2 keys for you.

1. Targeted Audience

The 1st secret to efficiency and effectiveness in building a profitable list is ‘targeted’ market. One of the mistakes that newbies make when they first approach leads and prospects acquisition is to not pay attention to the source.

You are not just paying attention to the source but also to why a prospect ended up on the list.

NOTE: Leads are the same as prospects for you business in the context. Lead vendor-ship has always been a BIG business—even before the internet. You do know why right?

If you don’t have more leads than you have time in your business, you have no business essentially. So buying and attracting leads for your business can be pretty tricky because of so many sources.

Here is an example.

People could be in the middle of checking out a bag of candy on ebay.com. They get presented with a survey for free additional candy. Then the list of people who took the offer get sold to you as a list of leads.

Is that a targeted audience for your home business opportunity?

That’s not targeted. Therefore you should expect very low if not zero response from that type of list. That list is just as good as the list of your family, friends and cousins. You already know how that went.

Targeted audience is this simple. You placed an ad somewhere online or offline about free information on how to build a business from home in exchange for their contact information.

All interests generated from that ad are targeted audience. They were attracted because of congruence with the idea of build a profitable business from home and potentially the business opportunity that are selling.

You do not want everyone, their moms and their pops on your list. What you want are targeted audience created from targeted interest. Does that make sense?

2. Skillful Influence

So in the digital age, of course it’s a lot easier and cheaper to build a list of targeted audience that are most likely going to buy access to you business opportunity online. an average of 7 exposures before people buy from you. But that’s also if everything else were equal.

There are other factors, like timing, trust level and just life happening. But there is ONE THING you can master and learn how to reverse-engineer it into your network marketing business to bring all the other factors to your favor.

Network Marketing Influence

It’s called influence.

It’s an art as well as a science. But it’s easy. However, when something is so easy, it’s also easy to overlook it or not even pay attention to its effect on profit in your business.

Learning influence mastery starts from learning how to master your own emotions. It’s simply paying attention to the real reason WHY you feel the way you feel.

We are not talking about your ‘thoughts’ as of yet. The attention is on ‘feelings’. When you master your ‘feelings’, then you’ve completed 80% of what it takes to master other people’s feelings and that is your key to mass influence.

You’ve built a list. But what will create the urgency for the prospects on your list to do business with you now?

Because they were interested does not mean they are going to buy. There is more.

You see… there is no such thing as getting 100% of your list to buy. If anyone told or promised you that, it’s a. However, there is a 300% difference between 1% and 4% sales and recruiting conversion.

What if you can have enough influence to get 5% to buy within 30 days of joining your list? When you master the skill of influence, you can predictably do it and legally print money from perpetual list building.
