QUESTION“Hi OLA. I am a new investor and I particularly starting with wholesaling pre foreclosures.

So after sending direct mail to preforeclosures for the past 3 months now, I’ve noticed something. I’ve gotten quite a few calls but I have not set any appointments yet.

I tried following up but I haven’t been able to get any of them on the phone after the first few calls which they initiated. Do you have trick to this and how can I get these people on the phone for a follow up?”
