In this video, you will discover how to check if a seller lead is a deal for real estate wholesaling. QUESTION OF THE DAY "Hey, condo is worth $141,000. I have it under contract for $70,000 Is that a deal? Repair $40,000" As you will see in this video, there was a big question of the after repair value (ARV). The asker does say it is worth $141,000. What does that mean; after repair value or present fair market value in 'as is' condition. That makes a significant difference in whether it's a deal.
