I am sure there are many Propstream reviews out there but I promise that this one is different because…
For a long time now, I had been searching for a software like Propstream; a one-stop shop if you will.
As an investor and a content creator in the real estate wholesaling space in a digital age, this is an important piece of the puzzle.
I wanted something I could use but also recommend for my thousands of students who stop by here on a monthly basis.
In this review, I want to share my discoveries with you so far and why I am happy.
You can take a free test drive of Propstream with EXTRA features I negotiated at this link.
There were a few things I needed to consider such as the pricing, user interface etc.
Also, I wanted to know if they have tutorials to guide first time users
Because most users are not trained in computer engineering like myself so resources to guide was important to me.
Not just that, a regular update on changes and improvement to the software was paramount.
Propstream has done very well
…but I continue to explore the features
Because frankly, it has over delivered.
The game of real estate investing is about about location•location•location as the say.
Knowing your numbers in terms of value, timing, and evaluation of deals in general had to be efficient and fast in this time age.
There is no time to be going through court houses looking for the same data and information that…
Propstream has already pulled into one place or easy accessibility anytime you want as a real estate professional.
That’s especially true in these times of remote work-increasing popularity.
Time, timing, and speed are everything when it comes to productivity and entrepreneurship in the digital era.
If you already have an account, you can conveniently see the login page of Propstream at this link; You can also reset your password
But if you want to try it out and take the free trial, go through www.EmpireBIGData.com as that comes with bonuses.
Propstream Pricing: How much does the software cost?
Propstream pricing at $97 per month may be too expensive for you; but let’s find out if that’s a reasonable assessment.
I won’t be sharing my opinion on that, but this story will help you decide that for our self.
Back in 2005, when I launched my real estate career, there was no such thing as a one-stop real estate software.
There were some couple of places where I could download data online because I have always believed in buying time.
But there is a difference between having access to big data just like Propstream does anyway…
And full-blown dashboard with analysis of the said data.
Turning data into meaningful information that will help you make better decisions about where you should invest your resources is key.
So back then, I spent hours on downloading and then analyzing to eventually having to print
And label envelopes to be ready for direct mailing.
In order to do that more efficiently and still be able to deal as an investor, I had to hire help.
That help would cost me a minimum of $250 per week, which is about $1,000 per month.
So if you compare that to the $97 Propstream pricing…
It’s a no-braina.
Sure there are some free tools like Zillow and a few others out there… the same difference tho.
Having access to data is not enough; being able to analyze that data in a timely manner is key.
That’s where you need a software like Propstream.
Now when you start to analyze the value of Propstream based on potential increases in the number of deals per year,
It changes the game; at least for me.
Propstream vs REiPRO
Another competition software to Propstream that I use is REiPRO or myREiPRO as some call it.
I still use REiPRO but honestly because it stores a lot of assessment of past properties on it as a partial CRM.
The main difference that I have noticed so far between the 2 software is Propstream’s filtering and stacking capabilities.
My partner was telling me yesterday that REiPRO can do the same thing but I have not tried it.
If it can, they need to work on the user interface and make it more friendly.
Filtering and Stacking simply allow you to create a list of properties with owners who are most likely motivated….
Due to multiple distress attributes on the property.
For example, I could pull a list of all properties that are simultaneously vacant and on the preforelosure list.
Those are 2 reasons to sell because the owner is losing money every second with the 2 attributes.
I was able to stack 10 features like that using the filtering system as seen below.
- Owner Occupied: No
- Quick List Choices: Pre-Foreclosures
- Occupancy Status: Vacant
- Property Classification(s): Residential
- Association (HOA/COA): Exclude
- On Market: No
- Foreclosure Status: Notice of Default / Lis Pendens
- Years of Ownership: 5
- Include Unknown Sale Dates: NO
- Estimated Equity %: 50%
That’s pretty cool. You can sign up for a free test drive here and try that out.
Like I said earlier, there are other competitors that I have not personally tried such as:
Honestly, you only need one software and may e a mentor to start going at full speed with a real estate career.
At press time, there is no such thing as Propstream app in my app store.
However, I could login through the mobile browser safari.
And the only warning I got was not having the permission to login into 2 different sessions.
I do notice that it’s not as friendly to use on mobile as it is to use on a laptop computer.
As I am typing this, Just noticed that Propstream actually automatically creates a contact list from the properties you’ve saved.
That’s pretty cool.
So far, I am very happy with Propstream more so because it feels like a favorite toy that as a kid,
I haven’t had enough chance to explore up to 20% of the cool things about it.
If I were you and on the fence about it, I would definitely take the free test-drive and decide for myself.
If you take the test drive through this link, www.EmpireBIGData.com , I got Sean to add some cool PRO features to your free account.
How much does propstream cost?
The cost of Propstream after the trial test drive period is $97 per month. At press time, there are no other known payment plans.
How do I cancel my free trial on PropStream?
Well, Propstream says all you have to do is to call 877-204-9040
Is Propstream worth it?
When you compare the price of $97 per month to hiring a person to analyze the tons of data from the county houses; may $1,000 per month, it is well worth it in my opinion.
Does Propstream skip trace?
Yes Propstream has partnered with resource that makes skip tracing right from the dashboard fast and easy.
