I’ve been trying to do my first JV (joint venture) wholesale real estate deal and I have pretty much everything set up for me to do one.

But I’ve heard recently that doing JV (joint venture) could be brokering without a license. Do you think it’s still okay to do JV’s?

I’m in Florida by the way so i’m not sure.”
