Honestly, this type of question scares me. I wonder why in the hell any business owner in the year 2017 or beyond would ever ask that question. You and I can see clearly that marketing a small business locally or online is not even a choice.

The truth of the matter is that either you are in small town or big city, your ideal prospect is finding your competition online. So if you are stalk asking these questions, you are losing money.

How to market your business for free

Online marketing is the closest marketing strategy to free. Right now, online marketing is still underpriced for small business but not much longer. One of the top mistakes that entrepreneurs make is waiting until it’s too late or too expensive.

When you focus on online marketing strategies, it exposes tons of opportunities for creative ways to market in real time. That is a big deal. All other small business marketing ideas takes days if not months to get measurable response back for optimization.

Let me ask you question. When was the last time see any of the fortune 500 million dollar companies that does have an online presence?

Let’s not fool ourselves. You simply can’t have afford to not have or create the time to market your small business the digital way online.

How to Market your Business Online

1st of all, you need to identify what your first 2P’s are; Product and People. What are you offering the market place and who is the ideal prospect that will benefit from the use of your product.

2ndly, you need the 3rd P. Ask yourself what process (P3) do you plan to get the product (P1) to the people (P2)? I break this 3rd P down to the 3Cs; create, capture and convert.

C1 – Create valuable bait content consistently in order to attract your ideal prospects.

C2 – Capture the audience, their attention and build a massive pipeline or list.

C3 – Convert them to sales, customers and revenue skillfully.

For the first C create, what are we creating. You need to create valuable information that your ideal prospects are already searching for and publish on the internet. I use a process called I.L.D.T.

I – Invest time and possibly money in…

L – Learning and Mastering your audience and what they want already.

D – Do which essentially practicing or working with an existing practice in the field

T – Teach and share everything you are learning in articles and videos and publishing them on the internet.

The best part is that you can do this whole process at little to no money investment. If you have a marketing budget, there is a strategic way in the digital age to use that to scale to 7 figures and beyond in revenue.
