“Is quitting my 9-5 the only way to succeed in flipping homes? I literally don’t have any time left to market much less close deals.

I joined the business under the impression that I could do it on a part time basis. However I hear a different story on the amount of work and resources needed to make this work.

So I’m starting to wonder if it is possible at all to close any deals when I can’t even find 15 hours in the week to run this. Please advice.”
