Let’s be honest.
Your 24 hours is never going to be enough to build a sustainable business. By the time you work for 8 hours, you will need to rest.
When you build a team of 3 – 5 superstars like you, you will be in a better position and you can leverage their time and possibly their money in not just making money, but building a home flipping business system from it.
You can even make money from 100 hours per day without being personally and physical involved more than necessary. That’s called leveraging other people’s resources.

“Is quitting my 9-5 the only way to succeed in flipping homes? I literally don’t have any time left to market much less close deals.
I joined the business under the impression that I could do it on a part time basis. However I hear a different story on the amount of work and resources needed to make this work.
So I’m starting to wonder if it is possible at all to close any deals when I can’t even find 15 hours in the week to run this. Please advice.”
