QUESTION ⁉️ “I have a buyer that’s using a bank loan to purchase a property. Everything is at the title company and he’s waiting on the bank.
The bank can’t close till the 20th. A REAL CASH BUYER reached out to me today stating that he is interested in the property.
This buyer previously viewed the property but decided not to purchase because the market was slow. Now he wants it and can close within a week or less since the title is already at the title company.
Would you stay with the loan buyer who’s scheduled to close in 17 days or the cash buyer who can close in 7 days or less?
I’ve been working on this deal for 3 months and the seller needs to sell ASAP.”
