QUESTION – “Hello OLA. I started wholesaling about 3 years ago. You would thing that’s a long time right? Well, In that time, I’ve closed only 5 and half deals.
The half is a collaboration that I barely participated in. In 3 years, you can see that I am averaging low cash flow per month. May be not necessarily.
In the first year, I close zero deals. Then the next 6 months, I closed 2? this is not working the way I envisaged. I need a better flow of deals. I can’t depend on mild windfalls every other month.
