“Okay so i have a property in my neighborhood. Its a 5 bed 3 bath lake house.
The house was last bought for 70,000 by a llc company out of florida in December.
I got in contact with them and have been put off 3 times and now waiting for monday to be contacted by person in charge of property.
They said i could take a look if id like so i did.
There is black mold filling basement.
The main part of house looks like someone took sledge hammer to everything.
Honestly do not think this company has even seen the house. The house right beside it sold for 120 in 2007 i believe.
Houses in neighborhood beside it sold for 300+.
What should i approach this property manager and say.
I have never done a deal this is first hit i have got. ‘
Any recommendations?”
