(SECRET #1) You are not a wholesaler

Wholesaling homes is one of many real estate investing strategies.

There is a serious implication of referring to yourself as a wholesaler because of the belief system that it breeds.

It puts you in a position of limited options.

So you have marketed and while prospecting a lead, you end up calling yourself a wholesaler.

“What I do?

It depends.

I focus on helping stressed out property owners.

How may I help you today.”

Your response

That last question is only feasible if the lead was generated from an inbound marketing strategy.

If this was a cold call, it would go like this.

“Would you entertain an offer on that property?”

Whatever you do, make sure you build rapport and make them feel like you are their only option.

If they feel like they have other options, they won’t sign your contract until they explore all them.
