QUESTION ⁉️ “I am new to wholesaling. I put in offers but usually the owners are disgusted by how low $the offers are .
I came across a podcast years ago when a wholesaler will put the houses under contract at a higher price ( prices that sellers are happy with, but actually won’t work wholesaling ) with the intent to ask a few days later for a price reduction ( the price needed to make the wholesale deal work ) .
Is this a good tactic ?”
