While I respect this guys and I’ve actually stand on their shoulders as mentors, I disagree with some of the comments in their recent videos about wholesaling.

STEP 1 – Online Content Domination 100 for building a buyer’s list, you are not a real estate person.  You are marketing and media company.

STEP 2 – Build a list suckers from the local meetings, you are not selling to them btw. Let the suckers find the deals

STEP 3 – Create partnerships for revenue, you don’t do the dirty work.  let them figure that out.

With no money down or a single penny invested in direct mailing, you can take over your entire backyard and even out of state.  You can even have realtors and savvy sucker fake cash buyer investors beating your doors down just to get access to you, your assets (your real buyer’s list) and your knowledge.

You don’t need no 10 powerful steps, you need digital age marketing skills while it’s still new.  Honestly all marketing tactics become old.  People evolve through technology.

You can start your wholesale real estate business the right way and not the old tired overpriced expensive ways.

Based on the simple fact I just gave you, no you don’t need a license to be a professional medium to making deals happen.  in fact, that’s a minimum wage job.  The average annual income of a realtor is $8,000.

Because of the tons of websites, PDF’s and books on old school ways of marketing and finding “value attentions” and deals.  Starting today, you know better.
